Any dragons in this book are metaphorical, but the story is full of the real world fantasy of finding love when you least expect it. Keira Andrews has written a lot of gay romances set during the holidays. She is good at it. Charlie is a bit of a brat, but I found this to be a fun and sexy holiday roadtrip book. There is no arguing that there’s a formula to these sorts of books, but Keira Andrews shows why those old formulas exist, and how they can work quite nicely when a writer knows what she’s doing. If you like romance, this is a fun holiday read.
