Land On Me

Not a fantasy or an adventure book, but arguably a real world fantasy of a different sort. There are quite a few novels out there involving a high school student coming out, but where this particular book excels is how it stayed fresh with its storytelling. I had general ideas of how the story would play out, but it definitely kept me off balance with regard to being sure how the story would play out. There were some interesting twists and turns. If you like this genre, you should enjoy this.
