Three Tales

I read Three Tales before the others in the series. It was a great introduction to this author’s voice and his world. All three books are great. I have a fondness for this particular book of short stories set in Davenia though… (maybe I just love the cover). I don’t normally read short stories, but these are perfect jewels that fit into the classic faerie tale genre. Worth a visit.

Set in the same world as LORD MOUSE and THE SHADOW MARK, these three short stories take a look at the queer happenings in and around Havenwood, a small coastal village in the kingdom.

(The Purple Fantastic Steam Meter gives this a 3? … it gets a little sexy at times, I think… it has been a while since I read these books… I will have to revisit and revise if needed… these stories are quite well written)
