Hardbound books are now in the works.

I am a bit of a snob with books. I really love hardbound books. If a book only comes in paperback… fine. I’ll deal with it.

But I truly love a beautifully crafted book. My home is full of beautiful books. So I’m excited to announce that the wheels are in motion to create hardbound versions of Olly Olly Oxen Frey (with color illustrations), and The Alabaster Hedgehog (which is not illustrated). The hardbound versions are being done by the same folks who created the hardbound version of Pursuits of Whimsey – and that turned out quite nicely. So… I am ridiculously excited about this.

It will probably be late October before they arrive, but they will be available on The Purple Fantastic.
